What happens once I purchase TreasureWorld?

Once you purchase TreasureWorld; a member of the @TreasuredTeam will contact you to set up a phone or video interview to learn more about how we can serve your primary needs. We will establish a delivery day for your TreasureWorld and allocate time to get you fully onboarded and begin curation.

How can I file a support request with @TreasuredTeam

Data & Privacy

Can I Control User Access and Permissions?

Yes! Access and permissions are a core feature of the Treasured Platform. This will allow all Treasured memberships to make stories, public, private or viewable to designated email addresses. We will also allow users to set a legacy contact that can manage and inherit their accounts in the future.

Are there backup versions of my TreasureWorld?

Yes, we will support a backup of your TreasureWorld in the cloud and provide you with detailed instructions on how to backup your TreasureWorld on your local PC or external hard drive.
